"I was thinking of selling my home when I found a little care-pack at my front door from Beatriz Espinoza. I contacted her and we put my house on the market in rural Shandon CA. I was very particular about not putting a for-sale sign in my yard and not fixing anything to sell, she was very agreeable to my terms. When I got my 1st offer a couple of days later, I decide to wait a week before looking at the offers and although Bea was the agent for the buyer, she did not do anything to influence my decision, she was very supportive and fair about the process. By the end of the week, I received another offer and when I decided to go with the second offer, Bea started working to get me the best outcome with the sale regardless of her commission (getting me 30K over selling). I left on vacation shortly after and Bea continued to work diligently, meeting with inspectors for sewage & home & buyers. We were on different time zones and she kept me informed at all times.
